Drink some milk before you go to bed. Milk is great because is has a lot of natural sugars that your body can break down. Milk also has a lot of calcium, which makes it easy for your bones to build back up strong. You do not have to drink a lot of milk before you go to bed, but you are going to want to drink a little bit so that you can see and feel a difference in the tone of your body.
Whenever you can fill your body with meat. Get your body building back proteins with a diet rich in meat. You are also going to want to eat snacks that are rich in protein as well. Snacks such as peanuts are great for your body because they help you build muscles by giving you much needed protein.
